Johannesburg - The principal of Nic Diederichs Technical High School, where a school boy was killed, was meeting Gauteng education department officials on Tuesday morning.
A secretary at the school in Krugersdorp, on Johannesburg's West Rand, said he would release a media statement after the meeting.
She said the school was offering counselling to pupils on Tuesday and that classes would resume on Wednesday.
A matric pupil allegedly stabbed and killed a 16-year-old boy with a sword on Monday and stabbed and injured another boy and two gardeners.
He was expected to appear in court either Tuesday or Wednesday.
