Cops search for man's body

Thohoyandou - Police are still searching for a Limpopo fisherman who is believed to have drowned when his fishing boat sank in the Nandoni dam near Thohoyandou during a heavy storm on Sunday night.
The search for Walter Mungoni, 46, of Makovha-Tshitomboni village near Thohoyandou is being hampered by crocodiles and trees in the dam.
"We are worried because if they say they are scared of crocodiles, who else could help us," said family spokesperson, Alfred Mudau.
"We wish he will be recovered so that we can give him a proper burial."
Vhembe police spokesperson Captain Mashudu Malelo said Mpumalanga divers would be called to help search for Mungoni.
He urged the family and community members to be patient while the divers did their work.
Police have opened and inquest and a missing person docket.
