Woman attacked with acid

Johannesburg - An Ivory Park woman is recovering after being attacked with acid on Tuesday, said Gauteng police.
The 33-year-old woman was burnt with acid on her face and body by her former boyfriend.
"She looked very bad," said police officer Lesiba Manamela. She said the woman was in hospital and her condition was serious.
A 34-year-old man would appear in the Thembisa Magistrate's Court soon.
