Johannesburg - A 16-year-old victim of an alleged rapist told Johannesburg High Court on Thursday about her ordeal.
She told the court that Mpho Litau, 26, threatened her and her friend with a firearm and then raped them on January 22 last year.
She said he stopped them as they were crossing a veld on their way to school in Protea, Soweto.
After asking the girls for directions he threatened them with a gun.
He ordered them to walk to a ditch, where he allegedly raped them.
The 16-year old was testifying in a video room. Judge Chris de Jager ruled it would be too difficult for her to face Litau.
Earlier this week, another victim broke down when she saw Litau in the courtroom.
It was alleged that Litau, of Soweto, targeted schoolgirls in pairs.
He is charged with 13 counts of rape, and 57 counts in total, including kidnapping, indecent assault and attempted rape charges.
