2008-07-05 13:03
Johannesburg - The Judicial Service Commission will meet to consider complaints laid by Cape Judge President John Hlophe and the Constitutional Court, the SABC reported on Saturday.
Judge Hlophe is accused of approaching some of the Constitutional Court's judges improperly as they were deliberating over cases involving ANC leader Jacob Zuma.
The meeting is expected to deal with procedural preliminaries but will not determine the factual allegations underlying the complaints.
Legal representatives of all the complainants will be given an opportunity to address the commission.
The meeting is not open to the public and the media.
