Cape Town - Grandparents in the Strand are outraged about all the porn their TV is picking up.
The couple said on Friday that for the past two months all their TV channels have been picking up porn.
The root of their problem lies with a neighbouring massage parlour, they claim.
When we realised that all channels except SABC1 and SABC2 were broadcasting porn, we were not too concerned.
But, when we realised that the TVs in our daughters' rooms were the same, we got upset, they said.
"Our grandchildren went and told their friends at school that granny and grandpa watch porn."
After this, the couple called in Stand police for help.
Captain Francois Moller launched an investigation and found the source of the problem lay with a massage parlour next to the couple's flat. The massage parlour has a satellite TV system.
The couple said their bunny-ears aerial on top of the TV was picking up the satellite signal.
Moller said he asked the massage parlour owners to switch off their porn. They complied for about a week, but the blue movies have been back on air since Monday.
