Winnie due back in court

Pretoria - Winnie Madikizela-Mandela might learn this week whether or not the Pretoria regional court believes her assertions that the fraud and theft allegations against her are "a pack of lies".
The trial of the African National Women's League (ANCWL) president and her broker Addy Moolman resumes on Tuesday.
The two have pleaded not guilty to 60 charges of fraud and 25 of theft.
The State alleges that official ANCWL letters, which had Madikizela-Mandela's signature on them, were used to fraudulently obtain loans from Saambou Bank for people not in the league's employ.
The theft charges relate to amounts of R360 deducted from loan applicants' bank accounts for a funeral policy that allegedly did not exist.
Concluding her testimony last month, Madikizela-Mandela told Magistrate Peet Johnson and his two assessors: "I listened to a pack of lies in this court." Her counsel, Ishmael Semenya, told the court he might consider calling another witness in her defence.
Once her case has been closed, counsel for the State and defence will deliver legal arguments before a verdict is handed down.
