Judgment day for Najwa

Cape Town - Monday is judgment day for Najwa Petersen and the three men she allegedly hired to kill her entertainer husband Taliep.
Shortly after 10:00, Cape High Court judge Siraj Desai is expected to start delivering the findings that he has arrived at in more than a month of deliberation.
The trial began in April, and counsel for the state and defence presented closing arguments over two and a half days in October.
Given the complexity of the case, it is likely that Desai will take more than a day to read out his judgment.
Taliep was shot in the neck in an execution-style killing in the couple's Athlone, Cape Town, home on the night of December 16 2006.
