Kebble gets passport back

Johannesburg - Embattled mining magnate Roger Kebble, granted bail of R250 000 last year after appearing on fraud charges totalling R6.4m, successfully applied to Johannesburg Commercial Crimes Court on Monday for the return of his passport.
The passport had been handed in as a bail condition.
The court was informed that Kebble needed the passport for business travel.
Kebble is to appear in court again on May 12.
