Johannesburg - Two men were arrested for allegedly raping a young woman in Orange Farm on Saturday, said Gauteng police.
Police spokesperson Captain Johannes Motsiri said a young woman was walking in the street on Saturday morning when she was taken by force by two men in their early twenties.
The men took her from Orange Farm to Evaton, where they both proceeded to rape her. The first man then returned to Orange Farm and broke into a house.
The community then chased him and he ran back to the other man in Evaton. Both men were then arrested.
They were due to appear in Sebokeng Magistrate's Court on Monday on charges of rape, with one man facing an additional charge of housebreaking.
