Johannesburg - A motorcyclist died after losing control of his bike and crashing into a car in Durban on Sunday morning, emergency officials said.
ER24 spokesperson Derek Banks said the man, driving long Botanic Gardens road, was flung off his bike after colliding with the Fiat Uno.
He was then driven over by a Citi Golf.
He died on the scene.
"When ER24 medics and Metro Fire Department arrived on the scene, the motorcyclist was still stuck underneath the Golf.
"The fire department had to use air bags to jack up the car so that he could be removed," said Banks.
