Johannesburg - A Witbank police station worker was arrested on Wednesday for corruption, Mpumalanga police said.
Captain Leonard Hlathi said the 32-year-old man, a data typist, allegedly collaborated with vehicle towing services by calling them before alerting emergency services to an accident.
"It is alleged that the suspect was getting kick-backs from the towing services."
His arrest followed two others which were made last week.
Two other data typists, Martin van Wyk, 32, and Nelson Masilela, 30, from the same police station appeared in court and were released on R1000 bail.
Hlathi said the two would be suspended.
