Cape Town - The Democratic Alliance on Friday forwarded a Private Member's Bill - which makes it possible for South Africans abroad during next year's election to vote - to Home Affairs Minister Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
DA spokesperson on Home Affairs Sakkie Pretorius said the bill might save Buthelezi from having to draw up an Amendment Bill.
"The DA suggests that this Private Members Bill be taken over by the Minister and put through parliament urgently," Pretoruis said.
