Zuma: Mbeki set positive tone

Cape Town - African National Congress President Jacob Zuma welcomed President Thabo Mbeki's State of the Nation address on Friday.
He said Mbeki had set the tone for the coming year.
"I think what the president has announced is indicating positiveness, doing things in an unusual (way), saying wherever there are gaps we have got to do extraordinary things to ensure that we implement our programmes," Zuma said.
