A third man has been arrested for the killing of Siphiwe Madondo in May 2008, at the start of a wave of xenophobic attacks throughout the country.
Pretoria - The process of reintegrating foreigners into their communities has already begun, Tshwane Mayor Gwen Ramokgopa said on Thursday.
Ramokgopa was speaking after handing over two housing project dwellings in Soshanguve.
She said the process of reintegration of those foreigners who had been displaced in Pretoria was on track.
"In Atteridgeville, the process is quite advanced," she said.
This, after the Klerksoord temporary shelter north of the city was dismantled on Monday.
On Wednesday police said that about 300 people were refusing to leave the site should "go back to where they came from".
