A third man has been arrested for the killing of Siphiwe Madondo in May 2008, at the start of a wave of xenophobic attacks throughout the country.
Cape Town - Xenophobic violence erupted in Alexandra on May 11 and quickly spread to other parts of Gauteng. There are fears it could spread to other parts of the country as well.
