Suicide bomber kills 15

Samarra, Iraq - Fifteeen people have been killed and another 23 wounded in a suicide bomb attack on Monday in Balad, north of Baghdad, Iraqi police said.

A suicide bomber blew up his vehicle at the house of an Iraqi army officer, a local police officer said, adding that at least two soldiers were among the dead.
