Two die in US embassy attack

Baghdad - An attack on the US embassy compound in Iraq killed two US citizens and wounded four late on Saturday inside Baghdad's walled-off Green Zone, a US embassy source said.
"A single round hit the US embassy annex compound. There are two fatalities and four wounded. They are all American," the source said.
It was not clear if the missile was a rocket or mortar round, or if it had hit the actual embassy building, the huge former republican palace of Saddam Hussein. The attack took place just hours before Iraq's historic general election on Sunday.
