London - Police investigating the July 21 attempted suicide bombings in London have arrested a third man under Britain's anti-terrorism laws, police said on Sunday.
The man was being held at a police station in Tulse Hill, south London, they said.
A spokesperson, speaking on customary condition of anonymity, said the man was arrested late on Saturday in the same area as two other men and in the same neighbourhood where a Brazilian electrician mistakenly killed by police had lived.
The man was arrested "on suspicion of the commission, investigation or preparation of acts of terrorism". - AFP/AP
