Jerusalem - The head of Lebanon's Hezbollah Shi'ite Muslim movement, the target of Israel's raids against the country, has been injured in an air strike, reported Israeli television on Sunday.
"Hassan Nasrallah was wounded during an air raid by Israeli forces on Beirut," reported Israeli private television, without giving details.
Hezbollah has denied the report.
Israel has carried out air strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon over the past four days, including strikes against Nasrallah's headquarters in the Shi'ite-dominated southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital Beirut.
Saturday air strikes destroyed Hezbollah headquarters.
There has so far been no word on whether the 45-year-old Nasrallah - who declared "open war" on Israel on Friday - was inside the nine-storey building at the time of the strikes.
