Moore to stir the pot again

New York - US filmmaker Michael Moore, fresh from the box office success of his documentary Fahrenheit 9/11, said on Thursday that, in November, he will publish a book of letters written by American soldiers in Iraq.
The book, entitled "Will They Ever Trust Us Again?", will be based on correspondence from GIs, veterans and their families from the past year.
"I'm proud to give voice to the troops who have written to me," Moore said in a statement posted on his website.
The political firebrand, who has encouraged US troops in Iraq to write to him via his website, will provide an introduction and commentary for the 256-page book, which will be published by Simon and Schuster.
It was not immediately clear if the book would hit stores before the November 2 presidential election.
The publishing house also plans to release the transcript of his blockbuster documentary under the title "The Official Fahrenheit 9/11 Reader", to coincide with its DVD/home video rollout in October.
The blistering attack on President George W Bush's handling of the September 11 2001 attacks has taken $115m at the North American box office to date.
Moore's previous writing credits include "Dude, Where's My Country?" and "Stupid White Men" and "Other Sorry Excuses for the State of the Nation".
