Blast toll rises

Riyadh - Diplomats and officials say at least 10 people have been killed in a suicide bombing that ripped through a residential compound.
An Egyptian mother, father and two children died in the blast, as well as four Lebanese, including a woman and two children.
A high-ranking Saudi official at the site had earlier announced that at least five people -- three Lebanese, one Sudanese and one Indian -- were killed at the al-Muhaya complex in the Wadi Laban suburb, located behind the al-Yamama royal palace.
He said another 99 were wounded.
Saudi officials blamed the al-Qaeda terror network for the attack.
