We do not torture - Bush

Panama City - Amid an outcry over reports of secret US prisons for terrorism suspects and questions about interrogation abuses, President George W Bush declared on Monday that "we do not torture."
"There's an enemy that lurks and plots and plans and wants to hurt America again," Bush said.
"So you bet we will aggressively pursue them, but we will do so under the law."
