Jerusalem - Israel's coma-stricken Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has responded to commands by his doctors to move his eyes and one of his hands, the private Channel 2 television network reported on Tuesday.
The station said Sharon's doctors at Jerusalem's Hadassah hospital saw the development as a "very positive" sign.
A spokesperson for the hospital refused to comment on the report, which comes nearly four weeks after the 77-year-old
had a massive brain haemorrhage.
