Jerusalem - Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon remains in a "serious but stable" condition, more than three weeks after suffering a massive brain haemorrhage which left him comatose, doctors quoted by Israeli military radio said on Saturday.
Doctors at the Jerusalem hospital treating Sharon said that the leader had undergone new tests on Saturday which showed that his cranium was not under pressure.
Sharon suffered a massive brain haemorrhage on January 4, ending his political career less than three months before a general election that he appeared certain to win.
