Hello; The subtle colours are professional and easy on the eyes. The greys and light blue is the best colour scheme for eyes, who wants horrid Pinks, eye destroying greens and shocking white text on black background? This is my ideal colours too, and some of my own websites are similar in colour as it is the most professional colours. Remember, people do not like changes - they come back and expect to find menus and sections as it was yesterday. People complain and get annoyed if things move.
