Parreira: Bafana were unlucky

Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana coach Carlos Alberto Parreira says all credit should go to his players for showing courage and a fighting spirit.
According to the SABC website, Parreira also believes they were unlucky not to win the match after controlling the second half. He says with the same approach South Africa will give the other two teams in their group a run for their money.
Bafana captain Aaron Mokoena also believes that they could have beaten Angola, rather than drawing 1-1. The Africa Cup of Nations Group D clash was played in Tamale, Ghana last night. South Africa fought back and scored in the dying minutes of the match having gone a goal down in the 29th minute.
Substitute Elrio van Heerden scored the all important goal for South Africa. All the four teams in the group have now collected a single point each after a 2-2 draw in an earlier match between Senegal and Tunisia.
Mokoena says if Bafana Bafana can show the same fighting spirit they can go far in this year's tournament.
