Nontshinga on loan to Lions

Johannesburg - The Blue Bulls have decided to loan their wing Trompie Nontshinga to the Lions for the remainder of the Currie Cup season.
Owing to the current form of players like Akona Ndungane, John Mametsa and Rocco Jansen it was felt that it would be in the best interest of the player to loan him to the Lions.
Nonsthinga represented the SA under 21's in 2004 and made his provincial debut for the Cheetahs in 2005. In 2006 he moved to Pretoria and has since played in 23 matches for the Blue Bulls.
Coach Frans Ludeke confirmed on Monday morning that there aren't any serious injuries in the Bulls' camp after the match against the Griquas and all the players will be eligible for the big North/South derby against Western Province on Friday August 29th.
The Bulls will train on Monday and Tuesday but, because of their bye on the weekend, they will have the rest of the week off.
