he’s been lying and cheating on me and when I ask him why he says it’s because we fight too much, I no longer trust him and I’m always getting hurt

I’m 23 and married culturally. We do not have a child but live together.

Recently, he’s been lying and cheating on me and when I ask him why he says it’s because we fight too much. I no longer trust him and I’m always getting hurt.

I want to leave him as we don’t have a child but I have nowhere to go. I’m also not sure if this is what I really want.

I’m still too young to get depression and be stressed.

Please help.

Dealing with lies and infidelity in a relationship can cause a lot of stress and you’re right to try and find a solution.

You need to ask yourself what it is you want for yourself and your relationship. Look at how things would work out if you leave or stay.

It’s up to you, but you need to make an informed decision. I suggest you call Famsa on 011-975-7106 for an appointment.

You can ask for couples counselling if you decide to stay and make it work, or counselling for yourself if you leave
