I’m 23 and have been married for seven years, my husband promised not to cheat on me but has done so several times.

I’m 23 and have been married for seven years. My husband promised not to cheat on me but has done so several times.

I once found him cheating and he said he was sorry and bought me gifts, but he hasn’t stopped cheating.

Should I walk away or stay in this marriage?

Sis Dolly answers

You married this man at a very young age and it might have caused you to develop a bit of a dependency on him.

But you’re mature enough now to know right from wrong and to choose what’s good for you.

Buying your forgiveness with gifts while continuing to hurt you shows he doesn’t take you or your marriage seriously.

He has broken your trust too many times. He needs to choose if he wants to stay married or continue with his cheating ways.

You need to sit him down and have a serious talk about his behaviour and make decisions. He can’t have it both ways at your expense.
