And the plot thickens.

, police have confirmed that Rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes’s Road Manager Tshiamo Letshwene has laid a criminal case against Nkosinathi “Black Coffee” Maphumulo.

Destiny Magazine reported that the case was opened on Monday at the Sandton Police Station.

This comes after Letshwene was slapped by the DJ at the iRock festival in Polokwane on Saturday.

“I can confirm that a case of assault has been opened, but no one has been arrested yet," Constable David Mathapo confirmed to the magazine.

Black Coffee has since apologized, saying "I'm not that guy".
