A number of students from across the country have been posting the student remixed lyrical version of Babes Wodumo's hit song Wololo as the new fees must fall national anthem

Students took the reworked version of the song to social media‚ with one student saying "Wololo‚ our national anthem. @BABESWODUMO in you we trust‚".

Another student went as far as to call out Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande on his decision to increase university fees by 8 % in 2017. The remixed version of the song says‚ "Blade woke up in the morning and increased fees. He is sh**ing", it being roughly translated.
