Bacon Quiche

Kids will love the bacon in this quiche.

You'll need:

1 roll (400g) of puff pastry

4 eggs

80 - 125ml (? - ½ cup) fullcream milk

Salt and pepper

250ml (1 cup) grated mature Cheddar cheese

250g streaky bacon

Parmesan sprinkle

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC. Line a 20cm pie tin with the pastry and chill. Whisk together the eggs and milk. Season well. Scatter the cheese over the pastry. Pour in the egg mixture and arrange the streaky bacon rashers on top. Season with Parmesan sprinkle. Bake for 45 mins or until done. Serve with a salad.
