It is unfortunate that I had to step down as Miss SA judge- Bonang

Television and radio personality Bonang Matheba has hung up her Miss South Africa judging shoes. Bonang who was meant to return as judge for the second time this year says leaving panel is based on some career pursuits.

Miss SA takes place this weekend at Sun City Superbowl the same time that Bonang has a project she is going to in Los Angeles (USA).

“It is unfortunate that I had to step down as Miss SA judge due to urgent overseas work commitments. My participation as a judge dates back to last year and I was really looking forward to extending my participation in 2015. I extend my well wishes to the Miss SA Organisation, as well as the Top 12 finalists. Make Mzansi proud,” Bonang says.

Bonang joined the panel in 2014 alongside Anele Mdoda, Kojo Baffoe, Pnina Fenster and Amy Kleinhans.

Yesterday Miss SA announced that Sophie Ndaba has also joined the judging panel.
