Calypso pizza

Homemade is always better! Try this recipe for a hearty pizza.

(Serves 4)

You’ll need:

500g pizza dough

170g pizza sauce

170g white meat chicken; diced

85g cooked bacon bits

85g diced ham

110g small chunked pineapple

1 green bell pepper; diced

1 red bell pepper; diced

1 Bermuda onion; sliced

1 tbsp. garlic; freshly chopped

1 tbsp. spicy mixed seasoning (any)

110g Wisconsin Monterey Jack Cheese; grated

110g Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese; grated

110g Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese; grated

Stretch dough onto a 450g screen and top with pizza sauce. Set aside. Combine chicken, bacon bits, ham, pineapple, green and red peppers, onion, garlic, and spice. Set aside. Combine three cheeses. Sprinkle half the cheese over sauce. Follow with topping mixture previously set aside, spreading evenly over whole pie. Sprinkle other half of cheese mixture over top and bake directly on rack at 200 °C for 18 - 20 min., until crust is golden and the toppings are hot and bubbly.
