How often should you wash your baby's hair

Thick, coarse or curly hair requires special care. Because of its texture the hair tends to be dry and prone to breakage – so treat it gently!

Here's how to keep your baby's hair clean:

Washing

Overwashing can strip away the natural oils of the scalp and leave hair dry, brittle, and frizzy. So take care not to wash hair too often as it doesn’t produce as much oils as Caucasians and Asians

Instead, wash your baby's hair only once a week using a mild baby shampoo.
