Caring for your beard

Dry and brittle beard hair is not only unattractive, but it limits growth.

It’s important to keep it washed and moisturized. Treat your beard hair like the hair on your head. Dry and brittle beard hair is not only unattractive, but it limitsgrowth.

Whenever you hop in the shower, wash it like the hair on your head. Afterwards, get a nice exfoliating brush or pad (found at beauty supply stores or dollar stores) and exfoliate your chin in circular motions.

It is also wise to begin exfoliating your skin before/when you decide to start growing your beard!

You'll remove dead skin cells and promote healthy hair growth.

After you exfoliate, slap some conditioner on those chin hairs.

A lot of avid beard growers on the net swear by Mane and Tail conditioner.

Also, though you may feel compelled to put some grease or massive amounts of oil in your beard, don't.

You'll be pretty pissed when you have pimples growing under that fine beard.
