WHAT should be the happiest and most joyous time for the So You Think You Can Dance winner Sibahle Tshibika has instead been marred by tragedy and danger.

The lithe and supple Sibahle (23) danced her way into the audience and judges’ hearts with her natural talent but while she should be reveling in her win, Sibahle instead has to worry about a kidnapping plot against her aimed at stealing her hard-earned R250 000 prize money.

Moving with a natural grace, the sweet and humble Khayelitsha resident refuses to let the plot ruin her special time.

Sibahle, a mother to a four-year-old boy, Aluetha, refuses to let the kidnapping plot alter her plans any further.
