Music mogul Tshepo Nzimande has traded his entertainment manager title for funeral parlour owner

He is one of the most respected music producers with a stellar reputation of discovering and nurturing new talent.

But like most other record label owners, Tshepo Nzimande has experienced a big knock in sales as piracy continues to damage the music industry.

As a result Tshepo has ventured into the rather different business of taking care of the dead.

It's been three months since the former actor of Hlala Kwabafileyo fame opened his mortuary, KaNzimande Funeral Services trading under Maziya Funeral Services, in the laidback East Rand.

The music mogul confirms he has taken a dramatic new directions but refutes claims he started a funeral parlour in a desperate attempt to stay afloat.
