IT’S a case of sexual assault and it is punishable by law. We’ve all been there. You’re walking past a group of men and one of them makes a sexual remark about your body. Or that colleague who makes comments about you that make you feel uncomfortable. Or a male friend’s hug lasts a little longer than you feel it should. Or he makes fun of the size of your breasts or buttocks, or you’re subject to the old ‘Hi, Dudlu’ remark. It’s enough to make you sick.

Much of what we’ve read and heard about what took place between TV and radio presenter Bonang Matheba and Bafana Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs’ captain and Sports Star of the Year Itumeleng Khune recently has been pure noise. And so we’re left to wonder what exactly happened that night/morning...
