HAPPY belated birthday to our First Lady, Bongi Ngema-Zuma, who turned 50!

HAPPY belated birthday to our First Lady, Bongi Ngema-Zuma, who turned 50, on 1 January.

“I have officially entered the year of Jubilee and I thank God for his favour, mercy, love, faithfulness, awesomeness, protection, guidance, presence and abundance of grace. When I look back, I just wonder where would I be if Jesus didn’t love me,” she said on her Facebook page.

She thanked her family, especially her late parents Abednego and Prisca Ngema,  siblings, cousins, friends, spiritual family and colleagues. She said she’s grateful to  “everyone who adds value to my life, and  inspire, motivate, channel and mould me through kind words and acts of faith and caring”.

She further said: “This is what the Bible says concerning the year of jubilee. I will take it and will run with it triumphantly.

“Leviticus 25:10-13 says, “And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a Jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A Jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which growth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field. In the year of this Jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.”

Happy belated birthday to our First Lady!
