Angolan actress and producer Weza Solange, who was on the sixth season of Big Brother Africa and Mzansi Magic's first telenovela Inkaba, has now joined SABC 1's Generations: The Legacy

Weza, who's been off our screens for a while, has been working on Angolan and Mozambican productions.

She recently revealed to DRUM that she's ecstatic to be joining the show. "I am very happy to be part of such a huge and groundbreaking soapie," she said. "It's a very popular show in Angola as well, so being part of it is a dream come true."

Weza, who has already started shooting parts of the soapie, says even though her role is a  supporting one, she's glad to be back on local TV. "I play a girl Angola Tau Mogale's storyline," she added. "I am looking forward to appearing on screen soon."

Weza is currently working on a new show in conjunction with SA Tourism targeted at the Portuguese market in Africa. "It will show all the tourist attractions South Africa has to offer and I'm a host and producer on the show," she said.
