Grieving parents taunted by SMS stalker

THE first phone call came just two hours after they had buried their baby son. It shocked them like a slap in the face. Now, four weeks later, the calls continue and the mourning parents spend every waking moment expecting the phone to ring and their crazed torturer to be on the other end of the line.

"This nightmare won't end," says Mbali Ntuli as she holds up a pair of her little boy's tiny blue takkies in her RDP home on the East Rand. "They say time heals, but we will never heal as long as this woman continues to phone and send us messages that open fresh wounds. Every time my phone rings, my heart pounds."

Life for Mbali (33) and her husband Maxwell Sibanda (37) has become a living hell since losing their two-year-old son, Sibusiso, and burying him at Vlakfontein cemetery near Nigel last month.
