Black Americans have started a hashtag, for a different narrative, in which they share their run ins with the police.

The hashtag #CrimingWhileWhite has been trending on twitter all over the world. This is after the decision not to indict two American policemen who were accused of killing black men, Mike Brown and Eric Garner, while they were on duty.

White Twitter users shared their run-ins with law enforcement, which usually ended with a slap on the wrist or a “have a good night!” The point was to address racial bias in police, reports madamenoire.com.

Black Americans then started another hashtag, for a different narrative, in which they share their run ins with the police. The #AliveWhileBlack hashtag revealed some disturbing and scary interactions that most black people have with police. Here are some of the tweets that people shared.
