Kelly Rowland is dishing the skinny on how she got her sexy body back just seven weeks after giving birth.

The newlywed and new mom was kind enough to rope her personal trainer and trainer to the stars, Jeanette Jenkins in to share in her secrets.

The singer's seven week success has been made available to the rest of us, plebs, in the form of a six week weight loss and fitness programme.

Jeanette promises to bring "6 weeks of workouts, motivation, nutrition and healthy living tips to help you reach your 2015 health and fitness goals!"

Some of the essentials include  preparing your meals at home,  having at least three cups of  green tea with lemon daily, drink water that amounts to half of your body weight in ounces and  have a minimum of three servings of green vegetables daily.

These stunners have been so kind, we have no reason to be in shape in six weeks.

Int he meantime, Kelly continues to enjoy being a new mom and wife while getting her sexy back on.

She and her hubby, Tim Witherspoon, welcomed baby Titan Jewell in November last year.
