When Actress Cynthia Shange took to the podium at Joe Mafela's memorial she decided to use it as an opportunity to address a few things

She spoke about how unfair the industry can be, even when actors and actresses have dedicated their whole lives to it, many of them die without having much.

"When one of us die, it's not like we don't like we don't know how to save, it's that we don't have the money. This is our passion. We do it because we love it. But we are not happy."

The actress explained that even though they have their names and faces all over TV, it isn't worth much if they can't even get a loan.

"We can't get a loan. We are not happy," said Cynthia.
