"I do not want to use my comedy to contribute to a culture of unattainable perfectionism and intolerance towards difference."

After just seven episodes on the show, Kathy Griffin is bidding farewell to Fashion Police.

Kathy said on Twitter that her style wasn’t the best fit with the show’s: "There is plenty to make fun of in pop culture without bringing people's bodies into it," she posted.

Kathy replaced Joan Rivers, who died last year after surgery.

She follows Kelly Osbourne, who left the show after drama ensued following a racist statement being made about actress, Zendaya Coleman’s hair.

E! confirmed Griffin's exit: "We wish her all the best and are grateful for her time on the show, as well as the many laughs that she gave us all.”

The show returns to American screens on March 30 with just Rancic and co-host Brad Goreski.
