Lebo says her life has turned out for the better

Gospel singer Lebo Sekgobela says that when she was younger she actually wanted to be a charted accountant. Speaking to Anele Mdoda on Real Talk with Anele, the singer spoke about her initial desire to be an accountant.

“But my family could not afford that, my mother was domestic worker.”

Lebo went on to say that though she could take herself to school and become a charted accountant, she has seen what God can do and seen His greener pastures for her.

She also opened up about how she went to many auditions and had been rejected on all accounts but persevered and it is clearly paying off. Lebo's career has been taking off in a major way since her recent album Restored. Her son Lion of Judah is one the most popular songs not only in gospel circles but in Mzansi. Truly God has greener pastures for Lebo as she revealed that she was embarking on a tour in the UK on a tweet.
