US rapper Lil Wayne and his recording company Young Money are dragged to court by a 15-year-old for breach of contract. The lad by the name of Torion Sellers is asking the courts to help him void the contract he has with Wayne and his company, reports TMZ.

According to records in TMZ’s possession, Wayne signed the singer to his stable and promised to record and release an offering by Spring 2012 but that has not happened to this day.

The lad was only 13 years at the time when he auditioned for Wayne who immediately approved of his talent.

All the young man wants is out of the contract as it prohibits him from making a deal with anyone else.
