Mandla secretly weds muslim bride

Nelson Mandela’s eldest grandson, Mandla Mandela, has married his fourth wife in a hush-hush Muslim ceremony.

No one saw it coming – after his well-documented marital woes it seemed like he was done with weddings for good.

But controversial Parliamentarian and Mvezo chief Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandla Mandela surprised naysayers when he married Cape Town beauty Rabia Clarke earlier this month. The closely-guarded Muslim ceremony, known as a nikkah in Islam, was held at Hidayatul Islam Masjid in Kensington, Cape Town. Apparently, the groom converted to Islam three months ago. Soon after the wedding, Mandla released a statement via his Twitter page sharing his delight: “I am honoured and delighted to announce my marriage to Rabia Clarke in Cape Town on 6 February,” he tweeted.
